* 업무 내용

- Providing Leadership, direction and expertise for the full scope of HR functions including Talent Acquisition,

 Compensation and Benefits, Organizational Effectiveness, Employee relations / Compliance and HR 

 operations. 

- Manage day to day ER and HR issues in partnership with managers and Labor Unions 

- Provice coaching and leadership to managers on a rangeof people issues, including perfirmance

  management, employee engagement, HR policies and practices.
