외국계 엔지니어링사 Regional Sales Manager 부장이사급(여수) 


* 업무 내용 

- Be responsible for the designated regional sales management (South-west). 

- Ensure business opportunities are addressed and pursued in a timely fashion, which include projects and installed base businesses. 

- Work closely with the Business Unit management team to develop business plan and lead the sales team and the LBPs to deliver bookings and sales as committed in budget/POR for all Business Units.

- Identify, pursue, and articulate new business opportunities in Korea Domestic market.

- Identify incremental, untapped and breakthrough market potential. 

- Working closely with the Business Units to manage the pricing control and discount authorization. 

- Manage and improve the work processes and procedures for quotations, proposals, applications and services for all pre-sales and after-sales activities to exceed customers’ expectations and deliver financial commitments to the company. 

- Help to build relationship and confidently address customers, at all levels, especially at the senior level.

- Co-ordinate and lead all cross-Business Unit activities. 


*자격 요건

- Above bachelor’s degree in engineering or other related fields.

- Min. 10 years of experience in the relevant field.

- Good knowledge of the automation technology and its related industry standards & capabilities

- Knowledge & understanding of Korea market conditions & business opportunities.

- Good understanding of Emerson Process Management products and offerings 

- Good interpersonal and collaboration skills with a wide range of people.

- Good communication skills in both Korean and English.

- Traveling is s part of the job as required.
