[담당업무 및 자격요건]

- Lead K-REACH/K-BPR registrations project to meet the regulatory timeline; Establish proper process with internal stakeholders and do volume track periodically to ensure compliance.
- Responsible for Korea chemical management (eg. KECL, toxic, restricted, banned, controlled, priority control substances screening, hazardous chemical license management); 

  Do annual/biannual report to authority per different legislations timely; Inspect compliance status periodically by using applicable SAP transactions.
- Qualify raw materials with strong compliance criteria by collaborating with sourcing team; Manage vendor compliance documents, registration status and strategy systematically.
- Manage hazard communication and issue professional declarations for customer compliance inquiries timely; Support internal stakeholders from commercial and supply chain on regulatory questions proactively.
- Support local fuel additive/drinking water/NSF Standard certification management.
- Execute regulatory review and approval for various business workflows to assure new product or R&D sample compliance with local laws/regulation.
- Conduct Japan legislation evaluations to support Japan market growth strategies.
- Monitor local regulatory closely and provide clear insights/interpretation/impact analysis/corresponding solutions to related commercial and site stakeholders.
- Conduct regulatory awareness training program to local stakeholders closely and periodically (business, sourcing, logistics, EHS, etc.).
