외국계 화학사 연구소 Lead Scientist II (R&D) 

* 업무 내용

- Assure that our products can be produced within established specifications and fulfil customers´ needs and legal requirements. You are the owner of internal and external product specifications and support creation of customer related product and delivery agreements

- Perform product quality reviews and drive product related claim investigations in order to define corrective actions and settle claims technically

- Lead relevant product quality/consistency improvement initiatives and provide input to innovation projects, e.g. in topics related to problem solving, quality improvements, plant capability, application development and cost saving solutions.

- Are responsible, with support from raw material owners and procurement, for technical testing and approving of raw materials for your products in order to secure supply, ensure quality

- Give technical support to customers, technical service, marketing or manufacturing organization, as well as other functions as a member in relevant Application Marketing Team and Customer Support Team. You also support classification and product placement in the market in co-operation with Operations and Sales.

* 자격 요건

- 5+ work experience with Master degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Material Science, or PhD in relevant discipline

- Having a technical knowledge on power cable design or power cable compound is a plus

- Strong problem solving capability

- Good communication skills in multi-cultural and cross-functional teams

- Good understanding of customers’ needs

- Basic project management skills

- Fluency in English
