외국계 엔지니어링사 Commercial Operations Specialist 

* 업무 내용

1. Responsible for all aspects of contract management, basically go through ITO&OTR process, DOA with related policy and tool to complete commercial operation & pricing work, support & drive better win, better profit and risk management and mitigation

2 .Lead the transactional deal process having the ability to structure creative, commercially and technically sound quality deals as well as fully manage associated contractual issues that arise over the life of the project

3. Lead a deal review process to ensure that all technical risk points, risk mitigation, and business risk acceptance levels are properly incorporated in the development of the scope, cost and proposal wording

4. Interface with the local sales team to develop commercial strategies and solutions that will meet customer requirements as well as meet or exceed business goals. Develop appropriate Terms and Conditions for standard customer proposals based on Risk/ Reward Analysis. Train/coach the Commercial team in risk management and contractual terms and conditions

5. Coordinate with product application, sourcing, customer service, manufacturing and commercial team, to insure solution offering is aligned with our new/renewed or enhance existing products or product lines and production schedule

6. Gathering and reporting of bidding data & competitive intelligence and action. 

7. Support Direct Material Productivity project to save material cost, closely work with several function teams, develop ideas and ensure completion, support to drive margin improvement for low margin accounts. 

8. Link demand based on Quick market intelligence (QMI) to supply/production scheduling via robust rhythms including regular PSI (Production, scheduling and inventory) updates.

9. Work with the country business leader to review and analyze the Indirect cost to meet EBIT target

* 자격 요건  

-Bachelor's degree from an accredited university 

-At least 5 years’ experience in operation

-Knowledge of legal aspects and implications of contracts, terms and conditions and negotiation skills to negate contractual risk

-Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills in English

-Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrix environment 

-Being proactive and take the initiative

-Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Engineering or commercial related field  

-Experience in chemical /water industry and commercial background is preferred. 

-Ability to work with remote cross- functional and cross-cultural teams 

-Thorough understanding of the market for, and techniques of

-Experience to use CRM tools (Salesforce or others) or ERP system (SAP or others) 

-Excellent interpersonal skills and effective time management and organization skills. 

-Multilingual language skills preferred 

-High attention to details
