- Lead the Procurement team to manage the sourcing of raw materials, products, and services, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and supply chain stability.
- Develop short-term and long-term procurement forecasts that align with sales and production goals, ensuring adequate supply to meet customer demands and production schedules.
- Monitor and adjust procurement forecasts based on changes in market conditions, customer feedback, and sales performance, responding to fluctuations in demand and supply chain dynamics.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as Sales, Production, CRM, and Logistics, to ensure alignment between demand forecasts and operational execution, facilitating seamless cross-functional collaboration.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions, ensuring cost optimization and risk mitigation.
- Lead and mentor the procurement team, fostering a high-performance culture, providing professional development opportunities, and ensuring alignment with the company’s procurement strategy.

[자격요건]
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or related roles.
- Proven experience in supplier management, negotiations, and procurement strategy development.
- Experience working in a cross-functional, multicultural environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Preferred SAP user
