- Ensure continuous alignment with business priorities, initiatives, and activities, delivering performance to agreed KPI levels (e.g., stock availability to meet customer service targets at optimum cost).
- Actively drive and participate in Market Business Strategy, Monthly Business Planning, Dynamic Forecast, Annual Volume Commitment, and Annual Cost Estimate processes.
- Manage and develop a skilled and motivated team of demand and supply planners, ensuring strong alignment with IMS partners and third-party vendors.
- Leverage system capabilities and identify new ways of working to make demand and supply planning more efficient and cost-effective.
 

[자격요건]
- Over 10 years of experience, with seniority sufficient to cover the entire supply chain.
- Proven people management experience.
- Strong DSP (Demand & Supply Planning) background is a must; additional experience in Procurement, -Logistics, and CSC is a plus.
- Ability to manage Sales & Operations Planning, Project Management, and Cost Saving initiatives.
- Experience handling multiple categories.
- Fluent in English.
