- Responsible for overall Co-manufacturing process and activities in the market.
- To activate and manage Co-manufacturing involves cross-functional team (e.g. BU, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal)
- To define the responsibilities between the Regional Technical Manager and the Market TQM Manager for all phases of co-manufacturing.
- To conduct the Co-man assessment and approval process formally for the potential co- manufacturers and carry out the regular Audit of Co-manufacturers.
